Bare Strands Extensions was  founded out of a desire to streamline the beautification process for women everywhere.

Our mission is to be the one stop shop for women with all hair textures and needs, looking for a new daily do or longer lasting semi-permanent extensions.

The Day Our Journey Began...

Our story began two years ago when one of our founders was on a business trip in India and decided to venture off and explore the human hair shops. After twenty years of wearing extensions, it was time to understand the sourcing and supplier processes.

Bare Strands Extensions are sourced directly from local suppliers in each country of origin. All of our extensions are made of 100% remy human hair and are double-drawn with cuticles intact, providing you with full and thick hair from root to tip.
