Open Position: Sales Associate

Position Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated, organized, and dedicated  sales associate. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and digitally, while closing sales.

Responsibilities/Tasks: 

- Promoting and selling Bare Strands beauty products 

-  Deliver excellent customer service to customers, partners, and vendors, maintaining professionalism and courtesy at all times 

- Work with customers online and in-store to determine right product fit

- Order fulfillment, packaging, and shipping

- Ongoing business development and lead generation

- Social media marketing

- Inventory and quality control management

- Other duties as assigned

Knowledge and Skills:

- Sales/customer service experience in beauty/service/retail industry 

- Strong communication skills 

- Highly organized 

- Ability to work independently 

- Digitially savvy with social media (Facebook,Instagram, Twitter)

- Team player
